Emplify Health Hospitals Named Winners of NRC Health's 2026 Consumer Loyalty Award
Emplify Health announced that its flagship hospitals, Emplify Health by Gundersen La Crosse Hospital and Emplify Health by Bellin Green Bay Hospital, have been named winners of NRC Health's 2026 Consumer Loyalty Award, recognized among the top 10 "Gold Standard" partner hospitals nationwide.
The Consumer Loyalty Award recognizes the top 10 NRC Health partner hospitals that have earned both a strong brand reputation and high patient willingness-to-recommend scores. This honor celebrates organizations that consistently meet or exceed patient and consumer expectations.
Emplify Health by Gundersen La Crosse Hospital and Emplify Health by Bellin Green Bay Hospital were both honored for strong brand reputation, high Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Would Recommend scores and strong consumer awareness. The award reflects strength in market insights and patient experience, a distinction earned by only 10 hospitals across the country.
"Being recognized by NRC Health as two of only 10 'Gold Standard' hospitals nationwide is a true honor and a testament to the dedication of our entire team," said Emplify Health Chief Executive Officer Scott Rathgaber, MD.
"This award reflects what happens when caregivers truly listen to the people they serve and commit to turning that insight into better, more empathetic care, every single day."
Trent Green, Chief Executive Officer for NRC Health, added:
"NRC Health's awards recognize organizations that consistently deliver experiences that earn trust, strengthen loyalty and improve healthcare for the people they serve. This recognition reflects a sustained commitment to listening, learning and acting on what matters most to patients, consumers, families and care teams. We are honored to celebrate organizations that turn insight into action and set a powerful example for healthcare organizations nationwide."
